Evidence-based practice

We provide talk therapy. This means counselling where we discuss what is happening, look beneath the surface of the problem, explore how you feel and reflect together to develop new insight. Sessions may involve understanding patterns, making sense of difficult experiences, developing coping skills and identifying practical next steps.
