HOW IT WORKS
The NDIS process
1. Check your plan
Confirm that your NDIS plan includes capacity building supports before making contact. Your support coordinator or plan manager can assist with this.
2. Make an enquiry
Contact Daybreak Psychology directly or ask your support coordinator to make contact on your behalf.
3. Initial assessment
The first appointment involves a thorough assessment of your situation, your NDIS goals and how psychology can support your plan. A service agreement is established at this stage.
4. Ongoing therapy
Sessions are invoiced directly to your plan manager or claimed through the NDIS portal for self-managed participants. There is no gap fee for NDIS participants.
5. Progress reports
Progress reports and NDIS documentation may be completed as requested. Hours required are quoted on instruction.
