CLINICAL WORK

Psychology for veterans and their families

Veterans and serving members carry a set of experiences that most clinicians encounter rarely, if ever. Operational deployments, exposure to trauma, the culture of military service and the transition to civilian life each bring distinct psychological challenges that require a clinician who takes the time to understand them properly.

Daybreak Psychology provides psychological assessment and therapy for veterans, current serving members and eligible dependants under the DVA funding scheme with no gap fee. Daybreak Psychology accepts Gold Card, White Card and Orange Card holders. White Card clients are eligible for treatment of accepted conditions. Contact the practice to confirm eligibility before the first appointment.
